OK first things first. Bill Kaultiz is a boy, he might just dress like a girl sometime because he wants to express himself. He wants to be different from other German kids, which is clearly done with his awesome hair. He indeed did sing It's Raining Men, but that doesn't make him gay for doing it, so get that out of you head... come on you gotta give him a break, he was only 13 ( a very cute 13 year old :]) when he sang that song also. Bill is famous now because he is in the band Tokio Hotel, which original started out as Devilish and then was signed by a record company in Hamburg, Germany. The band consists of 4 boys. And they are famous in Germany because they sold over 3 million copies of their Cd's. They have had 4 number one singles, and 2 number 1 albums. They are also famous in other European countries such as France, Italy, Sweden, Belgium, and Switzerland. They just recently made an English version to "Ready, Set, Go" and "Scream" for the UK. They do have trouble making their songs in English since they do come from Germany, but they are still making much recognition in the UK, and now in Canada and the US.
